3. Payment
Private individuals pay for the repair upon collection or invoice in advance before we send the repaired item. Companies have
30 days to pay the invoice after the repair has been completed.
4. Responsibility
Customer is responsible for providing correct contact information and sending products well packaged to avoid shipping
damage. Vatansever Ljud is not responsible for damage that occurs during transportation.
5. Troubleshooting cost
By returning or sending a product to us, the customer agrees to pay the troubleshooting fee.
6. Repairs and cost estimates
In the event of extensive damage to the items submitted, such as fire damage, liquid damage, etc., we cannot guarantee full
functionality after repair. The cost estimate refers to the cost of materials and the working time that the technician
assesses is required to fix the problems.
Some defects are only visible after partial repair of the machine. The cost estimate may change if new defects are gradually
discovered: in this case an updated cost estimate will be provided.
7. Rejected quote
If the customer chooses not to accept the quote, the product will be returned in the condition it was in after
troubleshooting. The customer can also choose to have us scrap or recycle the product.
8. Software and service manuals
If components with proprietary software are defective and the software is not publicly available, we unfortunately cannot
repair the product. The same applies if it is very advanced electronics and the manufacturer does not offer service
documentation.
9. Priority rate
When choosing emergency service, an additional cost will be charged. This additional cost refers to being ahead of the queue
and does not guarantee that the product will work after troubleshooting, but we will do our utmost to repair it as quickly as
possible.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos and content on the website are protected by copyright and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Changes to the terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will
effective immediately.
